1. What services does RDS provide?
Right Direction Services offers SAIOP (ASAM 2.1), SAP evaluations (DOT Return-to-Duty), individual counseling, group therapy, anger management, parenting support, domestic violence education, emotional wellness coaching, relapse prevention, and tobacco cessation support.
2. Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are not accepted, but same-day appointments may be available. Call to check availability.
3. Do you offer virtual or telehealth sessions?
Yes. Individual counseling, SAP consultations, and some educational sessions can be completed through secure telehealth.
4. What are your hours of operation?
Monday- Friday 9AM to 5PM
Closed: Saturday and Sunday
Saiop class hours are 1 PM – 4 PM
5. What is needed to enroll in the SAIOP program?
An intake assessment, orientation, and basic screening are required. Clients must commit to attendance, participation, and treatment guidelines.
6. How do SAP evaluations work?
The process includes: 1. A clinical assessment 2. Recommendations 3. Education/treatment requirements 4. Return-to-Duty evaluation 5. Follow-up testing schedule The entire process follows DOT 49 CFR Part 40 guidelines.
7. How do I start individual counseling?
Call us, email us, or complete the contact form. You will receive guidance on scheduling, insurance/payment, and what to expect at your first appointment.
8. Do you offer court-related services?
Yes: DWI education/treatment, anger management, domestic violence education, and parenting programs.We do not claim “court-approved”; however, clients often use our documentation for probation or compliance needs.
9. What ages do you serve?
Adults age 18+.
10. Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. RDS follows HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines to protect your privacy.
